[edit] Americano
Americano is a espresso-based beverage that resembles drip-coffee. It it prepared by pouring one or two shots of espresso into a cappuccino cup full of hot water, thereby diluting the espresso into a longer drink. Also, by pouring the espresso into the water, and not the other way around, the crema is preserved on top of the final beverage.

[edit] Irish Coffee
Irish Coffee is a coffee drink that's based on Irish whiskey (ie. Jameson Whiskey). For preparation one needs the following:
- One shot of whiskey, pref. Irish
- One cup of hot coffee, drip or French Press.
- Whipped cream or frothed milk
- Granulated sugar, pref. brown
Add the whiskey and the sugar to the coffee, stir a little and top it of with the cream.
Possible twists: Use an americano instead of the normal cup of coffee.
