[edit] Hasbean
(by User:Chrisweaver)
I'm suprised there hasn't already been people jumping on to post about Hasbean. It is a company run in Staffordshire by a renowned coffee roaster and cup of excellence benefactor called Steve Leighton. They serve, on last count, 52 coffee varieties and blends, including regular CofE coffee's and some fantastic hasbean blends. They also supply various roasters, machines, grinders and other supplies. I have in my own experience, other peoples comments, and through him supplying our coffee shop, nothing but fantastic service from Steve, and fantastically roasted coffee.

[edit] Kaffeespezialität
(by User:Lukas)
Dr. Walter Charzewski has a small specialty roastery near Graz, Austria. He has a range of very good coffee, ranging from renowned Single Estate's to award winning Cup of Excellence coffees, and also some very good blends. Walter roasted the coffee I used in the german barista competition this year, so I might be a bit biased - but rest assured that I asked him to roast for me only after I had some of his wonderful coffee :). He sells roasted and green, and is always helpful if you have problems with the roast profile or anything else. I have yet to find a roaster in Germany (or surrounding countries, for that matter) that meets his standards.
